Remember to Breathe
If you want to conquer the anxiety of life, live in the moment, live in the breath.
This week’s post will be shorter than normal.
Brevity is nice.
So is taking a break.
If you’re reading this right now, do me a favor and close your eyes for 15 seconds, taking two or three slow deep breaths (in through the nose, out through the mouth, and really expanding your chest).
Thank you for doing that.
If there’s one thing meditation has taught me, it’s that we all need to take a step back, slow down, and just breathe sometimes.
Especially if you’re working in front of a computer, or on your feet all day, you’d be surprised by how tense you are for hours on end.
Listen to your body, tune in to your senses, and soothe the mind.
My best work comes after creative breaks.
Did I mention I love power naps too?
See you here next week.
I promise I’ll be recharged.
Untl then, take it easy when you can.
